The NPBA committee has given direction to convene this SGM at its December meeting for the sole purpose of presenting the draft constitution for adoption to enable NPBA to re-register to the Incorporated Societies.

The draft constitution is available on NPBA website for review by members. The committee approved a change to rule 4.4 Clubs, Teams or Schools and their voting rights to the draft constitution. This change reverts back to each team being entitled to 1 vote as per the existing constitution.

Submission to make changes

Any proposed changes to the draft constitution will need to be submitted on the required form located on the website and sent to admin@npba.nz by 25th January 2026. Any submissions made will be posted on the website for member’s review. There will be no changes to the draft constitution accepted from the floor.
