Meeting Details
The NPBA 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 30th November 2025, commencing at 5:00pm. The meeting will be held at Sport Taranaki, which is located on Maratahu Street in New Plymouth.
AGM Notice and Documents

All documents relevant to the 2025 AGM, including the annual report and financial statements, will be available for viewing by selecting the "2025 Documents" drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the page. Please note that the annual report and financial statements will be uploaded closer to the date of the AGM. Members are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates in the lead-up to the meeting.
Committee Nominations
Anyone interested in being considered for a position on the committee is invited to complete and submit the Committee Nomination Form. Nominations must be submitted by 23rd November.
Constitution Update
At this year’s AGM, the adoption of a new constitution will be required in order to comply with the new Incorporated Societies Act. Members are asked to review the updated constitution, which can be accessed by selecting the "2025 Documents" drop-down menu on the right.
