The NPBA committee is pleased to provide an update regarding the recent adoption of the draft constitution. This significant milestone was achieved at the recent Special General Meeting (SGM).

Successful Reregistration

Following the adoption of the constitution, the committee proceeded with an application for reregistration to the Companies Office. The process was successful, ensuring that the NPBA is now fully compliant with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
